Our hotel is not responsible for any and all valuables misplaced in your guest room or common areas of the hotel.

All personal belongings left behind in the guest room or overlooked in the safe that is found by our Housekeeping Staff will be documented and stored for months.

Please contact us to collect your lost or left behind personal belongings.

Safety Deposit Box Usage

To Lock: Close the safety deposit box's door. Randomly select and input 4-digit user code and press the button. You will see the word "CLOSED" on the screen.

To Unlock: Input your 4-digit user code. You will see the word "OPENED" on the screen. You can now open the safety depost box's door.

PLEASE LEAVE YOUR SAFE CASE OPEN WHEN YOU CHECK OUT OF HOTEL.
